Apartment in Pueblo Espanyol

Complete renovation of a charming home in Pueblo Español, including the refurbishment of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The project also features a new staircase leading to the upper terrace, where an outdoor area with a kitchen and covered porch was created.

To improve access and create a greater sense of space, part of the façade along the terrace was set back, making room for the new staircase and creating a better connection between the home and its outdoor areas.
